How much space do you need?

The Roadie pod fits in a footprint under 9 × 9 ft. We need a standard 120v outlet and ~2-3 hours of setup time before doors open. Loading-dock access helps but isn't required for most venues.

How fast do you set up?

Our on-site team arrives 2-3 hours before doors open. White-glove install, lighting calibration, sound check on your venue's power. Tear-down at end-of-event runs about 90 minutes.

Can you brand the booth for our event?

Yes — custom paper backdrop in any hex, full Pod exterior wrap, branded interior decals, custom welcome screen, and branded gallery email. Branded assets need ~10 business days lead time.

How many guests can you handle?

60+ guests per hour per Pod. A single-day conference with 8 active booth hours = 480+ headshots delivered. Booth runs all day; guests self-serve through the prompts.

Do you travel? What's the travel fee?

Yes — nationwide. Travel is included in the day rate within the lower 48. International or remote venues may require an additional logistics fee — we'll quote that in the proposal.

Do you provide an on-site host?

Yes — one Studio Pod team member is on-site for the duration of the event. They greet, queue, troubleshoot, and pack out. Multi-day events get the same host throughout.

What's included in the day rate?

How do guests get their photos?
