On-location headshots are professional portraits taken at a location you choose — typically your office — rather than in a photography studio. Studio Pod brings the automated headshot Pod to you, so the whole team is photographed without leaving the building.

How much space does the Pod need?

The Pod fits comfortably in a standard office footprint and runs off a normal outlet. We handle setup; you just need a spot to place it and a queue of team members ready for their session.

Is there an extra delivery cost?

No. For on-site delivery with a minimum of 50 sessions, Studio Pod comes to you at no additional delivery cost. Texas and national delivery rates are available for other arrangements.

How many people can you photograph?

On-location sessions are built for teams — multiple members are photographed in a single visit. Per-session pricing covers 15 photos per person; per-day event pricing covers unlimited photos for the day.

Can we match our brand?
